Jail time for Earth Nodes

When earth nodes are not performing well and making blocks they will be thrown into "jail". Jail is temporary until the problem is fixed. During jail time the earth node will not be able to make blocks which could affect the return for the delegators of the earth node. Earth nodes will need to be reliable, on 24/7, and properly managed to avoid this jail time. Bohemian Earth nodes has an excellent team behind the scenes working hard to prevent jail time.
